A modern syrup plant is equipped with an automatic sugar dissolving and pasteurization system 65 Brix, a four-tank two-way CIP (“Cleaning in Place”) installation for the entire installation, a loose additive digestion node implemented on two pre-mixers and a dosing station from IBC tanks. The control is carried out by means of the SCADA operator panel.
