Designed and manufactured by us, the tunnel is used for gradual cooling of chocolate or other similar masses, with which a confectionery product such as cakes is coated beforehand.

The conveyor belt is built up with thermal shields with channels that distribute the coolness evenly over the transported product. The channels distributing the cold have a system of dampers regulating the air flow. The heat shields are made of AISI 304 steel insulated with polyurethane foam, opened on gas springs, so that the operator has convenient access to service operations.
